"We have no hesitation in recommending the services of John Aynsley for anyone needing professional guidance and support in negotiating Local Planning regulations for any new project to be undertaken, large or small.
Our own project involved issues we had not fully understood such as Biodiversity Net Gain, arboricultural management, as a full feasibility study prior to submission of a Planning Application. We left this in John’s hands and he collated the whole thing using his contacts for individual expert input where required, and explaining to us in simple terms what it all meant so that we had a clear understanding of everything; prior to John preparing and submitting the Full Planning Application on our behalf and dealing with any subsequent queries arising.
Throughout we maintained a weekly “catch up” call with John until the Application was granted.
We know that had we tried to do this ourselves we would have been wasting a lot of time, money and effort trying to find our way . Thanks to John’s professionalism in both knowledge and active interaction with ourselves we were saved all this".

“We approached Aynsley Planning for help securing permission for a new agricultural shed on our small holding near Alwinton. Given its location within the Northumberland National Park, we knew the proposal would be sensitive and potentially challenging.
From the outset, Aynsley Planning guided us through every step with professionalism and clear advice. They handled the policies, liaised with the National Park authority, and presented a strong case that respected both our needs and the protected landscape.
Thanks to their expertise, we achieved planning permission without delay. We’re delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aynsley Planning to anyone needing planning support in sensitive or rural locations.”
